The August 2024 Slapper of the Month is former Alabama and Oregon standout who was First Team All-SEC (2021) at Alabama and Two-time All-Pac 12 (2017-18) at Oregon. In addition, Mack was a member of the NFCA First Team All-South Region (2021), Two-time NFCA First Team All-Pacific Region (2017-18) and 2017 Women’s College World Series All-Tournament player.

At Alabama she batted .403 over two seasons (2020 & 2021) going 74-186 (.398) in 61 games played during the 2021 season where she also stole 25 bases. In her final season at Alabama Alexis had a .454 OBP adding 6 doubles and a triple to her impressive 67 singles. Mack played in the OF at Alabama logging 49 putouts and 12 assists in two seasons with the Crimson Tide while compiling a .924 fielding percentage.

At the University of Oregon, Mack batted .395 over two seasons with 138 hits, 127 singles and 52 stolen bases, swiping a career-high 28 bases as a sophomore in 2017. Defensively, she had 67 putouts in her two seasons with the Ducks with 17 assists and a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage during her junior year in 2018.

A native of Brecksville, Ohio, Mack attended Brecksville-Broadview High School where she played four years of softball and a year of basketball. Mack holds Ohio’s career (234) and single-season (79, 2015) record for stolen bases. She was twice an NFCA High School All-American (2nd team 2014, 1st team 2015).
